- rzvme 8y agoYea, you can open it from wherever you are, you just have to know someone in one of the supported countries and you should have a valid passport. A friend of mine opened it while I was living in Italy and there was no problem. The address is used to send you the card. As soon I received his card, I sent him all the details and he started using it through ApplePay and online. But thanks for pointing it out. I didn't make it clear enought
