Right, this seems dumb as you're going to lose your best people first, since they're the ones knowing they'll have no issues finding something else on the open job market.
- dev_dull 8y agoBest people is irrelevant after a buy out. In fact they are often the best paid so it’s a wash anyway.
- colechristensen 8y agoOn the other hand you also get rid of the people that don't want to be there.
