Isn't paypal a secure financial escrow service?
- wanorris 18y agoIt's not an escrow service. An escrow service holds money until conditions have been met.
- DougBTX 18y agoTrue. Saying as eBay owns PayPal, they could probably turn it into one though, if only for use on eBay itself. And you've probably already given PayPal your credit card number too.
