Volkov Commander is written in assembler, binary has 32KB with zero deps, memory requirements far bellow 1MB. It has better UI and more features.
- apjana 8y agoIt's for DOS and is a shareware. > better UI I doubt that from the screenshots. But it's a personal preference.
