What a beautifully written (yet sad) story. I have a good friend who suffers from Crohn's disease, but she keeps it so well hidden because I didn't realise how bad the disease was until I read this article.
- steve_adams_86 8y agoIt affects people differently so she may be better off than the person in this story, but no doubt it's a real burden to most sufferers. My good friend has it and I've watched him struggle for fifteen years now. There are alright years, terrible ones, and some in between. It's a terrible disease.
