Google bought Bitium slightly more than a year ago. Exactly a year after the acquisition they notified they were discontinuing service for us - it sounds like it was a straight acquihire and shutdown for their identity platform. Migrating our whole corp password management to a new platform right during the busy time of year has been a nightmare.
