Gmail is just a high-tech clickbait and data gathering honeypot.
- cemetarypost2 8y agoI don't personally agree with your statement and this is not one of my gripes. I've never had any problem with Google's approach to data collection and usage in gmail or, indeed, any product. Believe me, you can tell from the tone of my top reply that I would tell you if I did. I really don't hold back. Not an issue for me. I'm totally behind everything Google has done on this front since 1999-2018 and for the foreseeable future. Zero issue. They have earned my trust and maintain it. (serious comment)
