I especially like when one job opening is broadcast to tens of thousands of qualified applicants. If you have hundreds of applicants that are similar for one position I guess you can spend a massive amount of time looking for "culture fit", leaving your one qualified applicant who has probably multiple job offers now to accept yours out of several.
