Anything not RAMIPS/MT76x8. If you want WiFi. I currently use a TL-MR3420 V5, which is 64/8 MB + MT7628 CPU, but WiFi is still broken. I'm gonna compile the latest revision of mt76 driver, today there was some talk on Github that it MAY fix SOME issues with SOME configs of WiFi routers... :/
