So many words in this article. So little evidence or basic fact checking. For example: why did they not release a screenshot with timestamp of the alleged internal memo? This is so obviously a case of Zuck/Sandberg instructing the guy who was already on the way out to take the fall. The author even calls it out as Schrage “jumping on the grenade” while simultaneously failing to do ANY INVESTIGATION WHATSOEVER into, you know, who actually made the call to do this. (Hint: not Schrage.) Normally I expect Josh Constine/TC to at least make an attempt to hold powerful tech leaders accountable. As opposed to spread more misinformation. Am I missing something? Can anyone get their hands on a copy of this doc to verify when it was actually written?
