Doesn't something lasting 4,000 years imply massive over-engineering?
- TremendousJudge 8y agodepends, if you want your glorious mausoleum to last _forever_ then it lasting 4000 years would imply "correct" engineering to me
- erikpukinskis 8y agoIf your message is “there are forces at play which can erase your civilization entirely from the face of the earth” then no, it’s “just enough” engineering.
