Ask HN: Where to write a tutorial series?

I've been doing some learning-by-doing in my free time and found that following a good tutorial project helps a lot with learning stuff. So I decided to try and write a tutorial of my own as I continue learning. However, I bumped into a question - where should I post it so that it's easy to find for people who would want to follow it? Medium? Personal blog? Any suggestions?
