Thanks for the links! I'll definitely share the experience in the future. At the moment I'm still doing a tone of learning and trying to reproduce the basics of what I saw in the past years. There's so many things to do just to get through the winter and be ready for the next growing season.

Welcome. And good luck. Yes, it's not easy. But it is fun. I have some past experience, early on in my career, with organic gardening, using a biogas plant, dairy farming, etc.
