I considered included that paragraph but decided against it since your question was simply "Anybody know of any studies correlating GPA with job performance." This article quotes five studies that show a positive relationship. My point wasn't so much that the article supports the relationship, just that there are studies that do. Maybe I should have linked to the studies instead.
