- magwa101 8y agoGoogle cal + google docs, searchable! Plus: small 8x11 white board sitting around the kitchen for reminder items for each other. Simple efficient reminder so you're not always cracking open the computer. Also, let some things slide till tomorrow. If you do EVERYTHING that needs to be done, you'll just be busy all the time.
