I kind of like this purely documentary-style article. Simply pictures and quotes. It really pulled me in. I've always wanted to live remotely but I'm not yet finished with school. One day! I live in the rockies. Most of that part of Alberta is a national park, but I think I could find some land and build a little house. I'm surprised that one fella was building windmills. Definitely something to aspire to.
