There's a ton of things which impacted the 2016 election (disproporionate representation, 24 hour news cycle's obsession with Trump, foreign interference, people seeming to get most of their media from social media, disinformation, billions of dollars of dark money, disenfranchisement, Comey, etc). However, Facebook's stock has dropped from a high of 220 to 140 (today) in less than six months. That seems like an actual Facebook crisis to me.
