The number of drugs that have gotten FDA approval at a billion+ cost only to be later rescinded is pretty massive as well... so it's not like the current system is fool-proof.
- scottlocklin 8y agoThere have been a number of FDA and even OTC approved NSAIDs which may have killed off millions... I don't know who profits from the present system, but it ain't patients.
