i was responding to this idea to amazon located in NYC because that's where the engineers/workers are at. If there's actually more in NJ, locating there would have meant those jobs would have just dropped in your lap. But I don't have specific numbers on commuters from NJ, and suspect their decision was based on more than just staff availability.
