I have a friend who's registered HIS_SURNAME.net many years ago. Turns out the WWE wants that domain. Not sure how much they offered him for it, but he'll never sell it - it's his name. What level of surcharge would you suggest for someone using their own name? Also I once bought some art for GBP40 that's now worth around GBP5000. People would want to buy that. I'm not planning to sell though. Should I have to pay a yearly fee to someone for not selling that?
