I get a lot of poor recruitment pitches, I could go on for hours about this. Best ones are "looking for a $TECH ninja/pirate/spaceman", yada yada, they have a ping-pong table, lunch etc. No mention of salary range. Not one. Like I'm doing this purely because I enjoy it (I do, but that's beside the point)! Why the heck would I apply for a job that doesn't pay?
