Agree and I am not stating otherwise. If it takes 52 hours to build and you have 1h a week, that's a year. The sole purpose of sharing this 'conventional wisdom' was to give perspective because I always appreciate when somebody shares theirs with me. More often than not we get so focused on our own initial plan that we fail to see shortcuts that actually makes sense.
