Did we listen to the same recording? It was perfectly clear for me...
- mrob 8y agoIt's a 16kbps MP3 file, and MP3 doesn't work well at such a low bitrate. I found it very difficult to make out the speech over the compression artifacts. I frequently watch videos at 2x speed, so I don't think I have unusually bad audio comprehension skill.
