Thank you for not only reading my comment but taking the time to think on it I consider the 3 pillars of a successful community to be : healthcare, education and infrastructure So the answer to your question is education. Perhaps naively I bundle transport, roads, internet, bulidings and the like into infrastructure. What are your thoughts on this classification?
