What the building is zoned for.
- shagie 8y agoBased on http://default.sfplanning.org/zoning/zoning_map.pdf http://default.sfplanning.org/zoning/zoning_map.pdf - how would this achieve the density of a RM2 - RM4, or RC-3 to RC-4? In much of this area ( https://www.nickmcummins.com/index.php/2016/08/08/population-density-in-west-coast-us-cities-a-comparison/ https://www.nickmcummins.com/index.php/2016/08/08/population... or https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-qmJMXOTT0B8/UrxtTiDlk4I/AAAAAAAAEto/A6h3nCZHsBk/s900/san%2520francisco%25202010.png https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-qmJMXOTT0B8/UrxtTiDlk4I/A... ) we're talking about densities in excess of 50,000 people per square mile. I don't see that being practical when one factors in things like sidewalks and roads without building up - which works against the mini house idea presented.
