and/or burn-out! Seems you took on a lot early and maybe it was too much too soon. I understand that you may not be able to drop out. But could you defer your studies for a semester? Go for a cheap holiday. If your family are being difficult and don't support you then you can tell them your health and sanity are more important than not disappointing them. Stress that you are not dropping out, just doing some "field work".
