Sorry to be a pedant, but the grammar and capitalization in this guide do not instill confidence. "How to Design Software Good" <- design well? "How will Your Users Do Their Work?" <- Seriously?
- Antoninus 8y agoMaybe its meant to be tongue-in-cheek.
- skohan 8y agoOr possibly a non-native english speaker.
- heidar 8y agoI thought it was a vague zoolander reference.
- lucideer 8y agoThis is also what I assumed, and I'm fairly sure it is. Especially since the grammar in the article is relatively OK, whereas that title would be really terrible if it were not a pop-culture reference.
- AznHisoka 8y agoThats how I interpreted it. Sort of like when people say happy christmas instead of merry.
- FraKtus 8y agoI also had the same reflection; maybe the original writer is not using English as his native language. It's true that you then start reading the page with a lousy apprehension.
- dacracot 8y agoI came here to say this. It's not that I believe someone who is poor at grammar could not be an expert software architect, but every article makes a first impression with the title, and this one failed.
- mixmastamyk 8y agoIt's a joke, sheesh.
