City I live in pays an average of 34 to 40K as a programmer. I'm sure that moving 2 hours away and getting paid market average plus 10% is worth it. It would be nice to see the outliers. What cities have the highest pay and cities with lowest pay. I'm positive that the city I'm in would be an outlier for lowest paid.
