Evernote, I have a notebook specifically for that. Then when I go to read the article if I find it particularly useful I'll add notes/tags to the bookmark so that I can recall at a later date. Even if I'm not looking for a particular article I've read it's so helpful being able to search a topic like "functional programming javascript" and have a list of resources that I have already screened for quality.
