  that site did not exist or I was made aware of when I joined atlas as soon as Patrick M started advertising. well to anyone who is thinking of using Stripe Atlas and is not American: DO NOT FUCKING DO IT.

    Do you think the penalty here is specific to you not being American? Why would an American who failed to file taxes for their business not have ended up in the same spot as you?
