Your argument falls apart anyway. None of the things you listed are rights, they are privileges. Voting is a right.
- dsfyu404ed 8y agoBearing arms is also a right. Walk into a gun store in any state and try to buy anything without an ID and see how that works out. I'm personally not in favor of voter ID laws but (unfortunately) there is plenty of precedent for restriction of fundamental rights.
