Does it matter that the content is encrypted?
Surely the main issue in a non-neutral world is the throttling of traffic from specific sources based on commercial priorities. The sources can be identified by IP regardless of whether the content is encrypted.
- skybrian 8y agoOkay, they could still throttle. I was thinking of other things like ad injection, DNS redirection, and so on.
