Grab the tarball from http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/pylibpcap/pylibpcap/0.6.2/pylibpcap-0.6.2.tar.gz http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/pylibpcap/pylibpcap... and then "pip install pylibpcap-0.6.2.tar.gz"
You'll need the Apple Developer tools / XCode first.
