Do you think the planning being done is a temporary thing and once it settles down people will switch to execution mode? Do you think your team / organization / leadership has what it takes to succeed in the next year?
- hnseekingadvice 8y agoI'm not even sure what we are planning. The VP doesn't give direction on "what" or "where". He just says "write everything down and we will as a group prioritize and eliminate". There's no overall "theme" or "motivation".
- dman 8y agoBased on what you have written so far, it is unclear to me what the positives are in the given situation. To flip this around, in a pros/cons discussion what is the case for sticking around?
