I wasn't planning on making the submission, but it just happened that the "Who's Hiring" thread was on the top of the page. The truth is that it is difficult to find top talent for any organization. The economy is booming, and we're competing with more firms. As we all know: "Software is Eating the World". This role could be in either location, but I expect it will be filled in our NYC offices. We're no different than any other technology based firm.
