They're just moving it to a separate channel (repository), any active RHEL subscription will also have access to the ansible channel.

    ansible is in EPEL, last I checked.

    The version of Ansible that Red Hat packages in the "Ansible Engine" channel is available in the configmanagement repository on the CentOS mirrors, alternatively one can install a newer version of Ansible from EPEL.
