The issue is the reader of the article doesn't necessarily know that it has been censored like that. It means the suitability of citation is not the number one criteria, merely secondary after the social justice criteria. At the very least there should be a disclaimer "The citations in this article have not been made from scholarly viewpoint. Reader be advised" or something like that. Similar like how google says some results have been censured.
