How can you claim "we're a remote-first business" when you're saying Chicago and San Diego candidates are first?
- chiamonkey 8y agoBetter stated, we'll hire awesome wherever we can find it. The engineering team tends to cross paths in SD and Chicago (and curiously, Iowa). It would be ideal if we can find someone in the same geography but it isn't a blocker.
