Advice to management: Improve. Then your past employees will not communicate to prospective employees that you have not improved. Alternative advice to management: Murder everyone who works at Glassdoor? Murder the next employer review startup that replaces it? Murder the people who report on the murder? That's really the two options. I'm serious. Put up a kanban board, or overthrow the government and install a totalitarian dictatorship.
