It's a substance that creates an actual physical dependence that can kill during withdrawal (something that even heroin doesn't do!). It's an extremely toxic substance. Not trying to make any statements about pot here, just noting that you seem to be grossly misunderstanding the effects of prolonged alcohol abuse on the human body.
