Been there done that. Especially the LUNCH interview is to see if you guys can get along. The one I did, the guy was slightly senior, but he took it as way senior (i.e. not going to do wok, but just tell us to work harder). This as LONG ago and it was a team lead position. But he was acting like he was going for Director of SW dev. Anyway he did not get it as both of us thought he was way to arrogant to fit in.
