- kageneko 8y agoI seem to recall seeing a 2 second thing where they had a pencil and keyboard attached at the same time. And I'm pretty sure they mentioned 192 magnets built into the edges of the Pro. I'm hoping this leads to a future where 3rd party accessories snap on and charge.
- m_mueller 8y agoI guess it doubles up as a harddisk eraser then...
- jungturk 8y agoThe keyboard looks to attach the the left side in these pics: https://www.apple.com/smart-keyboard/ https://www.apple.com/smart-keyboard/ While "the new Apple Pencil starts charging when you place the flat part on the right side of your iPad Pro." from: https://www.apple.com/apple-pencil/ https://www.apple.com/apple-pencil/ So it looks like the answer is yes.
- eddieroger 8y agoThere was a passing screenshot in the video with both used at the same time. This was my biggest question towards the end, and I wish I'd screenshotted when I saw it. But they do look to both work together, and glad the documentation lines up with that.
- dsabanin 8y agoThey mentioned that they have magnets all over the thing.
