This article describes my life to a T. I'm a solo CEO founder of a small tech startup and I couldn't do it if I didn't have degrees and experience in both engineering and business. I would add one piece of advice: if you don't have the tech know-how you can teach yourself. I started with mechE and CAD in school and later learned how to code.
