Apple complaining about others abusing patents always makes me laugh

  Didn't they patent the corners on iPads and iPhones? Just a rumour that I've heard as a reason we couldn't get parts a few years back, but still.

    A design patent and a utility patent are utterly different things; about the only thing they have in common is the trace of the Elizabethan term "Letters Patent". Q'comm is asserting that Apple isn't paying for utility patents.
