For new scooters, yes. There's a huge number of them on the 2nd hand market.
- walshemj 8y agoNot in the EU/USA apart from scooterists who lovingly restore them and do a few hundred miles a year.
- blattimwind 8y agoThese were available new until just a few years ago (2014ish). There are still many of them around, at least here in Germany.
