The Constitution protects your right to freedom of speech. You can't censor someone based on their personal opinions. If you hate Jews, you can say you hate Jews. If you hate Trump, you can say you hate Trump.
The First Amendment may just be the greatest achievement of all-time of any government. The United States is one of the countries with almost full freedom of speech.
