This is just about disrespectful people. Or even apartments that were built not to insulate noise. You would have had the same problem with bad neighbors.

- dorchadas 8y agoBut, as mentioned, you can actually do something about bad neighbors, such as reporting them to the landlords. You can't do that with short-term guests, as they're gone in a week, tops. There's literally no repercussions for those people, unlike with long-term neighbors.
