I think since there are so many languages being rapidly developed these days (including c++), comparing language features is a good way to know how things are and aren't used in practice. Rust just happens be extremely popular right now, along with python and go.

I like Rust a lot, but lets be realistic here, being extremely popular is very subjective to which bubble one moves on.
