- kemitchell 8y agoI'm a solo transactional attorney, and I launched a "viral" NDA designed to get routine deals signed without legal review a couple weeks ago: https://nda.cantingtribe.com/ https://nda.cantingtribe.com/ I don't want another dime for reviewing standard mutual NDAs. There is way, way better work for me to do.
