Yeah, it's legal, but that doesn't mean it's not malevolent.
- ericb 8y agoI think we're in agreement about everything including its malevolence. Destroying otherwise healthy companies does nothing beneficial for the country's competitiveness, so if it could be done carefully, I'd support laws reigning this behavior in.
